The work of Dr. Clyde M. Narramore is known and appreciated around the world. For thirteen years he served as consulting psychologist on the staff of the Los Angeles County Superintendent of Schools. In this position he consulted extensively with psychologists. He also co-authored two professional volumes, both of which are used in public schools throughout America.
Dr. Narramore received his doctorate from Columbia University and is a licensed psychologist. He is the author of several best selling volumes including Psychology of Counseling and Encyclopedia of Psychological Problems.
He is the founder and president of the Narramore Christian Foundation, Arcadia, California, an international mental health organization devoted to counseling. His daily broadcast, Psychology For Living, is aired in the United States and several foreign countries. Dr. Narramore was the founding president of the Rosemead School of Psychology. He has traveled widely as a speaker and is a pioneer in the field of Christian psychology.
